I bet the recent Drexel building you’re in has a great view of the skyline from the top floors. Before it was built, I got great shots of the area

Whoopie I guess. I hate how the developers just keep dacing around the red tower. You want Schuylkill Yards to REALLY be impressive Brandywine…build that tower. I know thats not how the world works, but damn this delay is crazy

Dechert eventually leased space in Cira Center last year. However, since when was Cira Center ever labled as a Schuylkill Yards tower?

No it’s not. Cira Center was completed in 2005, many years before Schuylkill Yards was even conceptualized. It’s just a tower within the vicinity
You have to go back to the old master plan. They had a model of this exhibited at 30th St station many years ago. The original concept was to develop north of the train station but it changed over time.
