PHILADELPHIA | Jessup House (12 + Sansom) | 123 South 12th Street | 265 FT | 20 FLOORS

This one looks great! It will stand 20 floors, hold 412 residential units with retail on the ground floor, and should make a huge impact on the street. It’s replacing a hideous parking garage. I love the bronze cladding, it looks like a miniature 9 Dekalb.

I thing this project interacts at the street level very nicely. The project will not be too impactful from a skyline perspective but will be a really nice addition to the neighborhood.

This is up to ground level and should start rising up very soon.

The crane can be seen in the skyline, to the west of Jefferson

Comparing to the renderings, it looks like the roof is being poured now.

A monster in its own way -

The next floor will be the roof, but it looks like another smaller floor and a concrete bulkhead will rise on top as well

Topped out, cladding can be seen from the Walt Whitman Bridge. I honestly cannot wait to see the cladding finished, it looks VERY nice! I just haven’t seen it up close yet, maybe next weekend
