There’s also been a slight design change I believe, they added a floor on top the first and second terrace. I believe this is true by looking at the actual tower
Finally went to the sales gallery. They pulled out a miniature model of the tower that shows the final design, according to the sales team the renderings that were produced almost two years ago show the unfinished design
On the western, southwestern, and northwestern edges of Center City - FMC really looms large because of its positioning. Arthaus is starting to feel the same way from all locations south of Center City. When walking around the Washington West neighborhood, it has an impressive presence.
When I was at the sales gallery recently speaking to one of the women who runs the place, she stated that they are currently in talks of decoratively lighting up the tower. Here’s how I think they might light it up
