Looks nice in person but a difficult location.

Difficult in terms of location? The tower is pretty accessible from JFK Blvd and the Schuylkill River Expressway, along with 23rd Street when the tower opens. It’s a prime location I believe, especially with having 30th Street Station, Logan Square, and the Art Museum in the vicinity

It’s between the train tracks and the PECO building. Not great but I like this building.

I was wondering that, too.

It’s probably a difficult location for the construction crews, so… all the more impressive.

For residents, it should be a fantastic location. Close to the city, close to 30th St Station, close to the river and the river trail park, great views, etc.

The SEPTA trains are pretty quiet. I don’t think there are many (any?) freight trains on the lower train tracks since they closed the big Sunoco refinery.
