The façade is starting to go up. The panels have a very unusual design with painted, textured metal (I assume) behind glass.

It is super vibrant in direct sunlight, but the color is surprisingly muted in the shade. It’s a dramatic difference.

Here’s what I mean about how it looks different in the shade. The reflection of the sky takes over.
