Good to see Omaha getting a new tallest
I’m surprised this is barely getting attention (again) since news of it has been out for several months since around January and I think even before then. Seems like the design has remained consistent since then.

It’s a nice project, but if I had to live in Nebraska, I’d need a lot of prozac.
This tower is absolutely breathtaking!!! 
Typical Pickard Chilton design. Clean, modern, and elegant. They’re big in Japan at least.
