This looks like a planning grad school studio
And a very long term projection.
Well my point was that many grad school planning studios are just glossy projects that don’t mature into real plans.
I mean sure, I participated in studios where we “advised” clients on how they should develop an area. But we had the advantage of being students who could propose very ideal scenarios without worrying about real world constraints of budget, political willpower, etc.
If this ever gets accomplished, does it make sense to spend billions of dollars to extend the Air Train or PATH (or both) to this site?
Yes. -
