That building has a huge parking deck. It’s astonishing that it is so close to the light rail and connections to other transit yet has a parking deck that is about as long as the building is tall. Also, 1/2 of Newark is comprised of parking lots.

$90M in tax credits is $272k per unit…a jaw dropping number.
Not sure any of these projects in Newark could happen without huge subsidies.
