I believe they started with the third tower

I like the look of those metal panel sections. The ‘punch’ windows is good choice; much better than the floor-to-ceiling glass. The interiors will have plenty of good light/views - yet have that sense of a ‘walled-separation’ between the exterior/interior.
I never quite understood the appeal of those glass-box buildings: the aesthetics on the exterior is unsightly, and all-that-glass on the interior is not great either. IMHO
They are getting this one right: form, function AND solidity. The all important Vitruvian Triad.
I’ve always wondered why the 3rd tower doesn’t look like the other 2, it’s very strange. Like all the money/design effort was put into the 1st two and the last one was just thrown together.

These have come out very nice. I especially appreciate that effort was made to hide any mechanical bulkheads (the scourge of many otherwise decent buildings). I only wish all filler buildings were this nice, especially along the waterfronts.
too short for prime waterfront real estate. Should be twice as tall
Williamsburg just doesn’t stop getting fancier and fancier…
