I look forward to whatever additional “entertainment features” will be revealed at the last minute. A log flume perhaps? Or maybe an inflatable water slide? This is indeed the greatest of all possible worlds.

Oh… I was just showing what would happen if it was a 1600’ Kaufman design. And that jump is without the bungee cord. 
If this is indeed going to be 1556’ or let’s just suppose any design would reach that height or in that range, if the design is rubbish… its going to really damage the skyline. At that height, anything that’s rubbish will be known and seen for miles upon miles.

Just a tangent, but when Chicago YIMBY kicks off, this forum is going to skyrocket. Its already the best NYC forum to date, but Chicago will be a nice addition. And if we could get a South Florida/Miami-Dade YIMBY (one that is comparable or better to thenextmiami, it will be a good good day). 
Quarantine, Covid-19, doesn’t stop the updates from us.

one or the other knows this simple drawing from me.
It is 57th Street Tower but why not a concept for Tower Fifth?
The look building remains, the new one is only built next to it.
It gets a black, brown and gold metallic facade, the height is 1800 ft or higher.
Has only one tip not extendable as in The Wave.
Better drawings will follow later
