It’s a Morris Adjmi designed office building called “The Warehouse,” it will be 7 floors, and the address is 520 West 20th.

“Elijah Equities tapped Morris Adjmi as the architect for the reimagination of the original apparel manufacturing factory adjacent to the Highline. Adjmi added a three-story, steel-framed addition to building, which includes glass enclosed conference spaces and ample rooftop green space.”
