I’m actually excited for this tacky tower. I’ll be able to see it from my apartment. I used to have a view of the top of the Empire State Building until they built some shitty rental building across the street. This building will make up for that loss.

I recall the top of the hotel is about 11-12 months, then another 8- to get to the top of the torch
