This is a BIG building, the renderings looks great and there’s a partial facade revamp too, which is badly needed. The building was completed in 1961 btw.

I’d still say like 90% if not more of the facade is still the same though. They’re just changing the windows for operable ones. If one didn’t know, you wouldn’t really even be able to tell anything happened to the building.
