On the topic of 15 Penn, it is pretty insane that this might happen, I thought this project was more dead than chicken nuggets.
Great that this area is getting revitalised, it used to be ultra sketchy just 20 years ago.

A lot of potential. Pic by me. Hotel Penn needs to go. The surrounding structures next to Macys need to go. Taken yesterday.
I do like the LED screens, the area just needs to be more modern. IMO, I’m fine with it being like a 2nd Times Square. Kinda is in a way, a mini one.
On a side note, Penn Station is a disgrace. Was like a million degrees yesterday and was like a zoo.

Vornado is all over the place. It seems like they got lucky with 220 CPS. Manhattan west blossomed in an arguably worse location 2 avenues west while they twiddled their thumbs and daydreamed the future msg area for the last decade

Honestly with all the office space in the pipeline I really don’t see these happening anytime soon. That building is terrible too. The smaller one is decent though.
