And good thing that it won’t cover much of 432 Park Avenue behind in this angle.
Comparatively speaking, this will somewhat be in the order of magnitude when it comes to the ESB. In terms of its presence in the skyline and size.
It will also be taller than the ESB pinnacle, and the roof height is almost up to the ESB’s 1,454’ tip.

In terms of its impact on the skyline. The ESB, depending on the angle, is very dominating. I feel 1 Vandy will do the same. Well, when viewed looking either North or South.
I think this will have more of an impact even! From above 300 meters this has a considerbly greater amount of mass.

Not to mention another smaller building rising. Goes by the name of… Central Park Tower.
Not very much in love with CPT, though I do appreciate it’s size and the cladding looks quality.
That my favorite render of it! I’m not mad at it. 
I too love CPT. There’s so much going up right now that will rival the ESB. It’s easy to have another favorite.
