Isn’t contruction suppose to start late 2016/early 2017? I remember reading that once demo is finished, it will start u/c immediately.

It will be nice to see this finished by early 2020.

I would assume they will roll directly into excavation and site prep… Guessing we see it reach ground level next spring or so. Unless the ground work is super complicated then maybe ground level a year from now.
