Will the spots I’ve outlined be filled in with glass? Currently there are black spaces in the glass facade.

Every piece that is missing glass will obviously be filled in. The more transparent glass on the three floors is the observation deck

I don’t get why they don’t finish the crown lighting already. It looks nice but it would be 10x nicer if the east side actually lit up properly

Probably just focused on interior work…though if I were them I would focus on the crown lighting especially if it’s already lit up
