Agreed, it’s kind of ridiculous. What is this, something like 8 floors in 8 months, for a small footprint?
I think so far it’s been the podium, including mechanical and amenity floors. They haven’t really started on the repetitive floors. That’s next. With the crane in place, the pace should pick up quite a bit now.

I’ve always thought that 80 South Street’s site was small, but it’s clearly much bigger than One Seaport’s.
