these are the kind of towers that are acceptable near beaches. Not NYCHA architecture Towers-in-the-park aka American Commie blocks.

it appears it’s now called “Ocean Drive” and not “Ocean Dreams”

It even uses a novelty mailing address of “1 Ocean Drive” and “2 Ocean Drive”, potentially to be confused with “Oceana Drive East” and “Oceana Drive West” in the russophone "Oceana
development a few miles east in Brighton Beach.

Hopefully one day a line of new towers will “cover” the ugly commieblocks that blight the Coney Island’s waterfront.
