Was walking past the flatiron building the other day. This tower really is creating a large impact in the area. The New king of the Flatiron district/madison square Park area.

This gem defies the Bard’s claim: “Heavy is the head that wears the crown!” This tower carries it beautifully!

City Councilman Corey Johnson has been posting on Twitter that a developer had wanted to build a 850 ft tower at this location. He seems to be trying to insinuate something!
