Taken today. Looks like it’s jumped 3 floors since the photos @streetscaper posted.
This is a very slow rising tower(s).
It does remind me of a shipping container too, but still looks great, and the glass is really sharp too. Overall the cladding is even better than expected. ![]()

Finally, some high quality stuff for LIC
The shape sucks, but the materials are beautiful.
This is shaping up to be a real cool looking building IMO. Personally, I love the wood grain cladding, it reminds me of THE NEW SCHOOL’s building on 5th ave which I think is awesome. Once the Tishman Speyer high rises across the street, I think we’ll see some street life soon.

As more cladding has gone up, this is growing on me. At least it’s not another all blue glass structure.
