Under construction - looks promising
This one is something special: says me. I had to post on this work of Capital A Architecture.
Smart ‘functionality’ here from what I can see from the posted renderings. I see “floor-to-Ceiling” windows that also can function as doorways for a small step-out balcony.
I have seen this done on other buildings too; but I can see this development is making extensive use of this clever architectural feature. This building does LOOK beautiful - and nice to see evidence that the “usefulness” Vitruvian Factor is in play.
The Beauty of the Architecture on these forums are always evident; but the “Solidity” and “Usefulness” is less explicit.
Three cheers for the Vitruvian Triad: Utility, Firmness and BEAUTY.
I am now officially granting this new project the Vitruvian Traid Award.
