Once there’s a complete esplanade up and down the canal, this is going to be such a destination. Only question, where will they set up Smorgasburg Gowanus?

Now, the need to build a couple of pedestrian bridges and connect the other streets.
Sackett Place almost topped out and glass facade already going up.
Easily the blandest of all canal designs though.
