Does anybody know how to stop Guesser/Gubser/Guessers (whatever the hell his real name is) with those insanely long spam comments whenever an article about something Gowanus related is featured? Wish the YIMBY admins can block him because its so ridiculous having to scroll forever to pass it

Anyone know anything about the empty lot bound between Baltic, Nevins, and Butler streets? Less than a block from the canal, and it’s a fairly large site (almost half the block). Seems to have been cleared and empty since at least 2009.

Con Edison Building Energy Hub in Brooklyn - Queens Gazette (qgazette.com)
This site, 223 Nevins St, is owned by Con Ed who at one point planned to build a substation here. Most recently it was leased to Centrica who planned to build EV charging, battery storage, and rain gardens on the site. This was supposed to be completed by summer 2022, so unclear what the status of this project is at this point.
