I’d also like to see the city close 31st and 33rd and make them pedestrian plazas. Ideally, the city could also buy that heinous garage on 31st and raze it, together with the dilapidated remnant of Penn next door, and transform the area into a park. [image]

The midblock area to the south of MSG and Penn 2 is already slated to be a required public plaza. What/everything you’re describing is already a plan.
