Agreed. The 6th Ave face looks looks fine enough, but the rest goes from bad to worse. I guess it’s too much to ask for a building to look good from all cardinal directions (or even two).
And don’t even get me started on the “crown.”

Tower has recently received two Awards:
Global World Award: Best Building in the world in 2025 in the Category Develop/Rent in 2025, Award Ceremony was in Abu Dhabi
RED Award: Best Skyscraper in NYC 2025

The design of this building is quite “artful” as I like to say. So, in addition to the RED award: I would like to offer the INFOSHARE award to the accolades. 
In all sincerity - this one is a BEAUTY.
I never heard of the RED award - now I know.
Here’s an award for “be considerate of your neighbors!” By the Empire State Building. Like Stan Lee said, nuff said!
Kind of waiting for completion on this one for a final opinion.
I suspect the condo sales are weak which means they are short of cash to finish.

These new buildings in NYC bore me. The average rental building in Toronto or Chicago look better. Most of our buildings look cheap.

Inaccurate. We have a lot more going on than Chicago… Toronto maybe, we are a bigger city. A bigger market. Both cities tend to have nicer average projects. 520 Fifth is high end.

Unfortunately for this development, 520 Fifth is right behind it in this shot and it really highlights how ugly this building is. The base is cool, the rest not so much.
