This one is going incredibly fast, it’s probably the only building in the city in early construction that im looking forward to being completed.

I have no doubt now that it will surpass its neighbor before the year’s end.

Magnificent. The first of many in this general area.

There is no place on the planet as rich and powerful as New York City.

This building will (partially) block the view of the Statue of Liberty from the Top of the Rock.

Definitely going to pass the neighboring building before years end, also now visible from Edge. This one will have a relatively slender profile, one that will be more so defined/pronounced on the west facing side since the core (atleast from renders) is just an extrusion from the bottom up.

Risen one floor since Abot’s update four days ago. This is an incredible pace.

From the 30th, we can see the shear wall of the core now. At this point we only know the north facing portion of core will have no windows, there has been no angle of renders showing the west facing portion so there’s no telling if it too will just be completely blank/solid or if it will have punch-outs a certain height above the neighboring building.
