I’d love to see it rendered in context with the rest of Billionaires Row. I’d like to see more 1000-footers around here to “raise the floor” from which the truly tall towers like CPT and Steinway are poking out.

Me too. Whenever there’s a new tower announced around that area I smile ear to ear But hey, that area has the potential to be NYC’s Dubai Marina cluster, full of supertalls everywhere you look.
