and I almost rented there two years ago
Those are lot line windows and probably not even in apartments, but in common areas.
The addition of a condo tower, school, plaza and retail space would most likely increase desirability in adjacent buildings.

That photo says it all; this project is now rising above foundation level and the real excitement begins. It is great to see, and learn, about this project. This is another one of those exceptional architectural additions to this city that seemed to be forever in the planning and approval phases: so this photo is a milestone.
