The street level details of this one better be great as is proposed in the renderings. Otherwise i’m gonna be bummed they replaced a beauty with an average glass box.

Trinity is immensely wealthy… probably can build a building like this without any tenants lined up

This facade is really nice. This, 25 park row and william are making 125 greenwich look lame by comparison.
