Truth be told though, I always thought this kind of height was slightly ostentatious for this far out lowrise landscape. I’d honestly be perfectly fine with a couple 30-35 floor towers. Maybe if they chop it they’ll put up a third tower to make up for the unit loss?

The original design could have been such a great example for the city too if it went well. When anyone complains about how a new 50 story building ruins their neighborhood they could point to this and say well they built two out in Pomonok and it didn’t ruin their neighborhood so it definitely won’t ruin yours but alas…
well we wont officially know if its ruined until its fully built
