If people want to live there, it’s a good place for it IMO. And there is always a first. Can never get to a skyline without the first step of having one sore thumbs building or two.

yeah the area has some potential. i feel like some of the larger apartment blocks will stay for a long time, but there are a lot of single-story shopping centers/parking lots nearby that I think will be transformed relatively quickly (talking at least mid-2030s though)

passed by this building yesterday, still a giant pit. site looked inactive, but that may be because I went later in the day

passed by once again, not much has changed. I saw a skeleton crew working but it’s probably gonna be a few months until we see real progress. also idk why my UI for this site is messed up so I won’t be as active.

surprise!!! still a hole

I think it’s stalled because there seems to be no workers on site today, and also the hole hasn’t gotten any deeper.

Unfortunately looks much the same as @yesinmybackyard’s update in October. A shame, I think the twin towers of Pomonok is one of the funniest developments we’ve seen in a while.

Saw a video on Instagram about someone who recently toured the site. The construction vehicles were active.

passed by on wednesday and the site was active. I spoke to one of the guys manning the gate, and he said there’s still no timeline for concrete to begin.

he also mentioned that the design has changed, and the project will no longer be like the posted render, but it will still be “big”
