The construction elevator is now about twenty floors below the top of the building or about a third of the way down. The picture, taken from West Broadway, has an arrow showing the top of the elevator structure.

Construction elevator almost down. Sixth floor now being taken apart.
Fence was open this morning to allow a view of the corner spot wher Anish Kapoor’s bean will go. It’s quite a large opening.
