I honestly think that the black layer may be the final thing because you can now see the “joints” that are attempting to mimic joints in panels that were not as apparent when the other layers were being put up. I won’t be surprised if there is another layer though considering there is now 4 layers.
They did finally start to waterproof the uncovered bottom back corner though.
