True but we are slowly running out of large lot space I believe. At least in the Jackson/23rd Street/Queens Plaza triangle of streets.
I wish we could build the tallest supertall the FAA would allow… even if it is 984 feet.
Does anyone know with supporting evidence if that could ever happen or has LGA forsaken LIC forever?
