They should call this tower “The Phoenix”. It died, and became a shell and we are seeing it being reborn into something great.
It is amazing they are still rising but as of nyc1’s latest pics above, it appears that they havent even started the core. There is just a huge empty space in the rear of the building still. I wonder why they havent started yet?
Hey JC, I passed by the site today. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pics, but it seemed they were pouring concrete into the core.

the core is starting to form up in the back. seems that it would be july when it passes the steel currently in place
