For all the lighting folks, looks like it’s getting worse? You may all proceed to rant about lighting on buildings. 
I mean I’ll still give them a +1 on the animations. I’ve only seen it in person in the rain and it looked cool
Definitely got worse. There’s more dead panels than when I pointed out the first ones in January. There was 4 then. There’s at least 20 now.
425 Park is 100% leased, I don’t even think our president intentionally dismantling the economy could stop the construction boom that’s about to begin in the Park Ave corridor.
Why would it? Most of the real estate along this stretch is owned by his cronies.

Most of the lights on the East and West sides are broken. The blown-out LED panels in March were a foreshadowing of what was to come.
Atleast from what I’ve seen in the distance when walking past 270 (which is where my last photo is taken from) it looked like the south screen hadn’t been as patchy as before.
