That lighting in the fins are exactly what the Comcast Technology Center needs. I’m jealous

Does anyone know if they ever turned on the lighting running up and down the columns?
The lighting for the crown was on last night
I was asking about the LED strips running up the structural columns facing Park Avenue, as seen in the Earthcam screenshot from Amanita’s Apr. 2019 post that I quoted:
Renders:

Obviously they haven’t been value engineered out, so I was wondering why I haven’t seen them turned on in any of the recent night shots.
These lighting designers drag this stuff out for a year if they can manage. The software is not designed until late in the building stage so most likely they do not have a computer set up to consistently run those lights yet.
Progress Report on 425 Park Avenue!
Looking damn good, I love it.

Man, those light strips in the middle of the metal cladding is still not lit up. Hopefully they light it up this year, along with the terracotta and crown lighting on 111 West 57
I wouldn’t be surprised if those light strips on the cladding got value-engineered out to save a few bucks. We’ll have to be patient because the lighting clearly isn’t a priority I guess.
There’s NO way. They already tested them, as it was posted on here, and the light channels still exist with lights presumably still inside. I’m gonna keep my fingers crossed
The lighting is still a work in progress and the interior of the lobby isn’t finished but this is an example of the lighting of the big atrium spaces. It will look great at night.
