I think this is an example of a renovation done well. For those who know, you can clearly see that it was a mid-century building, but now it looks like the original architect had planned 60 years ahead.
I still don’t understand why they’re pulling that place down. Perfectly good condition, stately and classy, etc. Not at all the type of low rise junk that deserves to be rebuilt
