Every building is an “icon” these days. It’s the most overused word in this industry.
Don’t forget “luxury” apartments… Like everywhere you go. 
Does anyone know of the horizontal details of this tower have been VE’d out, or if they have yet to be completed? Or am I looking at them?
I don’t think that there’s any value engineering going on here.

they will put the trees of the rendering?
Its probably like the Spiral - the greenery won’t be there unless the tenants put them there.
