Larger expanses of glass, more natural light for the occupants?

Yeah this is honestly most beneficial for the office worker. They get more light and redesigned and upgraded interiors. If I worked in this building, I would be pretty miffed to not be in the giant HQ next door. This definitely reduces some inter office jealousy.

Also, much improved views looking out the windows. The views out are important; not only the size of the windows; but the ‘transparency’ of the window shades make a big difference.

Here is an example of IMPROVED VIEWS - better works spaces. On a recent office project someone asked me: “What was the point of changing the exiting GREY solar shades, to BLACK solar shades?” When done, they understood. :star_struck:

Also, less solar heat gain, and better view out with the BLACK solar shades. Win-Win.

That just the setting sunlight, as far as I know the building doesn’t have lighting integrated into the new facade, the night renders don’t show any lighting. Anything that does appear like moments of light is just the angular surfaces bouncing light off from other surrounding fixtures, similar to what the sun is doing.
