I’m not sure whether SSP commercialises their diagram database, but this similar situation with a replica maker is probably what’s going on with the blurring of diagrams on SSP. Existing buildings are in the public domain, but proposed designs are the IP of the architects because the design only exists in the form of plans and renderings that they created – so you can’t make money from them.
