Its just shadowboxed glass covering the core shear wall. The freight elevators and a mech room are located on this western most side.

I wonder, is this merely their interpretation of what the back might look like, or did they somehow come across the actual design and based the rendering off of that?
Seems like its from Vornado, the developer of this tower.

Citadel just paid off 350 Park’s mortgage (CMBS loan). This can either be paid back by the JV / refinanced in the future and take the form of a synthetic loan from Citadel, or it can count towards Citadel’s equity capital account as part of the joint venture.
Either way, this is a positive sign of progress and movement on the project
