There’s been lots of progress on the ESA entrance as it’s nearing opening. This will all ofcourse come down for the tower (the exterior not the interior).
As well as lots of progress for the tower itself, there was a 6 hr continuous pour today for a portion of the mat foundation, these are from yesterday evening before the concrete was poured this morning.

Is this the building that will correct the Grand Central Madison ventilation issue that will allow restaurants to properly function in the concourse?
