Nice, I just realized that this one has a moire effect like 111 W 57th St. This one is just much more noticeable as it’s on a larger scale.

Decent filler. Glass still has protective covering. If its as good as the glass on the 43rd street side, then it might even look better.
Best believe the lucky few who will call this edifice home will have front-row seats to the redevelopment of the bus station
I wonder if it is standard practice now for lottery winners to be denied building amenities.
