Truly iconic. If there was a competition held for Brooklyns’ Best Architecture: for me it would be a choice between this, and 9 Dekalb Street.
Great Architecture, and good market value go hand-in-hand - 30 Front Street proves that point.

I would add 2 River Park as well as Domino Sugar Redevelopment, and River Ring towers, to the list if they were ever to be built.
