Does anyone know the address that’s being used with the DOB for this project? 3 W 29th St is listed as an obsolete address.
That is the address, it’s just that no construction documents or permits (jobs) have been issued with the site since it’s technically on hold at the moment while the design is being (re)finalized and everything is being sorted out with the developer.
Praise Jesus that this bit of Gahenna was not built.

Poor little townhouse next door -
HFZ had bought those three buildings on 30th that are adjacent to the site. I assume that they were part of the mortgaged property that Van Barton foreclosed. I don’t see any demo permits for them.
Has anyone been by here lately?
I would not be surprised if Vanbarton ultimately builds condos here.

This site was sold off to another developer the last I saw, so unless the new developer retained KPF as the architect then that probably isn’t the new design.
Edit* it was put on the market to be sold off, the render on this article is also not reminiscent of the model from the KPF office photo.

Can also confirm that the project depicted in the photo above is not this project…..can’t say anything else about it except that it’s an exciting one
