It’s surprising to me how much this building closes off this corner/re air space. It’s made me appreciate the little crappy one story building that used to be there.

Looks like they may have settled for just black paint for the facade? Or hopefully it is just a base before some nicer cladding goes up. The rendering looks like they will put up high quality dark cladding.

The facade is supposed to be terra cotta. I think what we see is just a base and they will apply the terra cotta panels over the black.
