So this building will be another 1400 foot building in a cluster of other approximately 1400 foot buildings?

It’s going to be around between 1,388 or 1,438. I think it’s going to be around there definitely not 1,388, I’ll be super surprised if it is.

it’s 1388. They already filed for a FAA study that specifies 1388 is the structure height and 1450’ is the total elevation above sea level.

Hmmm, I’ll have to talk to my uncle because he said between 1,389 to 1,425. He said that there kinda flip flopping back and forth, one of the reasons why we haven’t seen an official rendering. The overall design of the building is probably going to be the same.

Watching the images posted here has been amazing. The contours and size of the base steel is astounding. Never seen anything like it.

Damn I thought I put the pdf but for some wired reason it never went through. Anyways 70 floors and 1,400ft. I believe the reason why also the base is curved is because of the mass of the building and the winds. This will be an excellent building on the skyline

I think it’s supposed to be around 1,440. JRF seems to know. I think he said the top of the crane (1,618’) is 180’ taller than the tip of the structure. That suggests a height of 1,438’.
