That last photo with the the architectural lighting on the rock wall, and the intricate facade details make for a visual 'tour de force" - a visual feast.
This is what good architecture is; simply artistic, entertaining and impressive.
The overall Architectural extravaganza that is 270 Park Avenue may not be text-book Capital A architecture; but it is a ‘success’ in every sense of the word.
The Architectural snobs may be a bit disappointed; but the general public will be forever ‘delighted’.
